Was exactly what I expected when I chose this no frills hotel that is very reasonable. It’s next to / above a bar called the Shed. So some rooms could be loud. I was on third floor so it wasn’t. The room is very compact which again is all I wanted to pay for. Will stay again. One thing to note is that I could hear my neighbors talking on the other side of the wall - presumably the head of their bed was opposite the wall from the head of my bed.

TERRIBLE , dirty, torn towels, noisy and all the bight came in the morning . Horrible hotel . I called c trip. To help me deal with the situation but couldn’t get a refund and could not be changed to another room . Horrible hotel

The hotel is found in a perfect location. Foreigner bar downstairs. 8-10mins car drive to US Consulate. Numerous interesting spots just around. The rooms are small but comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.

If you're JUST looking for a comfortable place to sleep and get ready between exploration trips then I would suggest this hotel. The rooms aren't huge but fine if you don't plan on spending a lot of time inside, and why would you want to with the Bund so close and great scenery and restaurants in the area? You get what you pay for. I would gladly recommend this hotel to friends.
