We are deeply ashamed to see the significant discrepancy between the facilities and layout of the Deluxe Room you booked and the actual room you stayed in. We sincerely apologize. Your mention that "the main responsibility should lie with the platform" makes us even more concerned. The room photos and information on the platform were provided and confirmed by our hotel, and you ultimately stayed in one of our rooms. Therefore, the responsibility primarily lies with us, and we will not use "platform issues" as an excuse. We will conduct a room-by-room inventory of all Deluxe Rooms to ensure that facilities such as tables match the platform photos; any missing items will be immediately added, and any items that cannot be added will be updated in the platform photos; the platform information will also be corrected: we have communicated with Ctrip to re-examine and update the room type's photos and facility descriptions. If you would like to give us another chance, please contact us. We will upgrade you to a specially prepared room free of charge, and also provide you with breakfast for two and a business set meal for two as compensation for your unsatisfactory stay.
