Stayed there 4 days, 3 nights. Reasons for staying because wanting to be closer to the relatives. 1st time to be in this area.
Decor first look, clean and contemporary vibe. Spacious.
Regarding cleanliness, look closer to the surfaces, hair is found on countertop in the bathroom, condom packaging was found on the floor at the back of the bed.
This hotel is more suitable for locals to stay, whom doesn’t need a fridge, as there is no fridge to store any cold drinks, or ways to keep the drinks cold. (However, they offer you iced cold water if you ask the front desk)
No deposit safe in the room.
Unfortunately, the room we had, the phone was not working properly because the phone is dysfunction & old and sticky a bit. (Don’t know why they let ppl to stay in that room if the phone is this old and not functioned)
Toilet is easy to block, maybe cause the nature of an old building. Asked for help, but had to go downstairs to speak to someone coz phone wasn’t working. They said they would help, waited 2 hours in the room, still no one came, went downstairs again, front desk said will send someone to look into it. Had to go out , expected the toilet would have been unblocked, but got back to hotel around 11pm, asked the front desk if they might have been cleaned, he said it might have been sorted, please go upstairs to check that out. Checked at 11pm, it wasn’t cleaned!! Had to go downstairs to speak again & make sure the guy is going up with us immediately
They did offered for a room change when we had to head out, or when we returned late at night, but as a tourist with busy schedule, no time for room change.
6 mins walking distance to a family mart, in someway that is convenient enough.
As a gesture of all the inconveniences that they caused, They gave you a little gift-bag includes comb + small cakes + tea leaves
At night, guess they wanted to save electricity, the lights were a bit dim and dark at the lift lobby, there were few young girls standing in the dark hallway waiting on every other day.
