酒店員工服務熱情，前台服務員辦理入住很專業，客房服務員打掃很乾凈，服務周到，上電梯要刷卡，安全做的非常好，保安會幫客人主動刷電梯。酒店總體很用心。餐廳早餐味道很好，大廳和走道很很整潔，房間乾淨，衞生打掃很及時，很乾凈，入住很舒適温馨。早餐品種多，食物很新鮮，用餐很舒適。味道很棒。機器人可以免費送外賣，很方便！可以免費停車！

入住最差的酒店沒有之一，早上六點先打電話打醒，就算了繼續睡覺，然後又上來敲門，非要把人弄醒説什麼什麼他們自己的設施問題，還要進來看看，早上六點！！！都在睡覺，先打電話，然後又敲門要進來看看，建議大家都不要住了，這是我住過體驗感最差的沒有之一，睡覺睡好好的早上六點又敲門又打電話還要進來看看，大家不覺得離譜嗎，建議不要入住。
