This hotel is gonna be my first choice for business and family trip to Shanghai. My team stayed there for Aquatech and all satisfied with all the hospitality. Definitely recommend this hotel.

For people who do not speak Chinese it can be difficult to communicate. Also, the reception staff was not capable of arranging luggage delivery properly which has never happened to me before. Basically useless in terms of providing additional services that are not including check in/out procedures.

Great accommodation with quality that's more on the high-end level but still at an affordable price. A bit far from the city centre but very convenient to get to Pudong airport.

close proximity to SNIEC and complimentary shuttle is a huge plus.. Also a 5 minute bike ride to nearest Metro free us to go anywhere. Front desk service is amazing and helpful. Zeno Shan and his team really went of of their way to assist us. 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

From LongYangLu station, it is located about 900m away, which took me about 15minutes to walk. If it rains, it will be difficult to walk with luggage to reach hotel, however, the weather was fine, so, it was o.k.. The check out time was extended upto 13:00 due to my subsequent itinerary, which was confirmed at the time of check in, however, the robot came to the door of the room to remind me of the check out after 12:00. The variety of the breakfast is o.k. with healthy food. Soya bean drink was without sugar, which is good, as the sugar is very bad for the health.

Impressed with the hotel decoration & room layout. We were upgraded to a suite with washing machine, which was very helpful. Dinner was nice but cafe was staffed by 1 man only. My husband left his mobile in the room after check out and arriving at maglev train station - called hotel while I was in a taxi coming back for the phone. Front desk was so efficient, the man at the reception handed me the mobile as soon as I arrived. Rushed back just in time to catch the maglev train & checked in for my flight safely. Thank you for the very helpful staff.
