Staying in the LOFT room at Novotel Shanghai Hongqiao this time was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I got out of the car, the bellboy promptly helped with my luggage. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, and they thoughtfully informed me about breakfast times and local transportation tips, instantly easing my travel fatigue. The design of the LOFT room really impressed me! The two-story layout felt spacious and airy, with a comfortable and cozy living room on the first floor and a quiet, private bedroom upstairs. It was perfect for both working and relaxing. All the amenities in the room were complete and new, and the mattress had just the right firmness, ensuring a great night's sleep. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, with both Chinese and Western dishes available. The freshly made noodles and aromatic coffee were delightful, making every bite feel like bliss. The hotel's location is also excellent; it's very close to Hongqiao Hub, just a ten-minute walk if you need to catch a high-speed train, which is incredibly convenient for business travelers. The service was impeccable; housekeeping was meticulous, and any issues were quickly addressed by the staff. Next time I'm in Shanghai, I will definitely choose this Novotel again!
