I stayed at this hotel for a business trip. It's a duplex, the room is very spacious, and it's also very close to Hongqiao Airport. I'll definitely come back next time.

Wouldn't even give it one star. Did the front desk staff just break up or something? What an attitude during check-in. The toilet stinks, and I won't even go into how the room looked—just look at the pictures. The soundproofing is so bad, you can hear everything happening upstairs.

I asked the front desk why it wasn't the room type I booked, and they told me all rooms were full and this was an upgrade. It's the first time I've seen an 'upgraded' room that's smaller than the original. The entire hallway reeked of sewage, and so did the bathroom in my room, which was really off-putting. I'll never come back again.
