Not very clean. No door on the bathroom for some reason. Check out at 12 but card stopped working for our door after 11. Guy at the front desk not very helpful. Pretty good location with lots around though.

Very small beds (length ~1.8m) bad air in the room since no windows, and the shared bathroom is very bad, since only squat toilets are available, that are not cleaned frequently enough, furthermore are the showers on the squat toilets. Would not book again, when in a group you can get far better stays

Clean rooms, respectful roommates. Not much more I could ask for!

Booked this property along with a companion. Check in was smooth, staff was accommodating, but we couldn't sleep because of the non existent room ventilation, that we had to leave our privacy curtains open. If the AC was on instead of just the room window -which also took in the noise if the busy street- we might haved had some shut eye.

The hotel is very conveniently located 09/12/15 Three subway lines surround the area. Stay overnight in Shanghai on weekends. There are many people here but it is very quiet. The quality of the youth travelers is very high.

Fell asleep around 3am, woke up by the snoring of my roommate on the upper bunk in 226 around 6am, and didn't fall asleep for an hour. Moved to room 228 around 7am, and then the air conditioner was leaking. The cleaning lady cleaned these rooms at 8-9am, so I fell asleep for about 1.5 hours around 10:30am, and didn't fall asleep after being woken up by my roommate who just moved to the lower bunk at around 12:05pm😂 (I only rested for about 4.5 hours). The public bathroom is generally good. The shower gel and shampoo provided by this youth hotel are not those cheap packaging ones. In addition to the squat toilet and shower combined... There are some problems with the 2 hair dryers. They can't be used after blowing for 2 minutes. The cleaning lady asked me to ask the front desk. The front desk was not there at that time. I asked if I could blow dry my hair in this room, otherwise it would not be good for my hair to be wet. The cleaning lady said no problem (the tatami room hadn't been cleaned yet). The front desk handled the problem positively and not negatively... btw Fortunately, the loft hotels I stayed in when I went to Nanchang to watch Zhang Jie's concert in 2024 provided multiple packs of disposable bath towels. When I came to Shanghai to watch Su Xing's concert on March 21, 2025, I still had a few packs left... unopened... and could be used 😂 Stayed in a hotel for 1 day + 2 days in a hotel + 2 days in a green hotel... After leaving, I was free to comment when I checked into another better hotel tonight

Well, the basic facilities are all there, and it has a separate toilet and bathroom, which is good.
