The service was great, they even gave us a free room upgrade. However, the hotel's decor and facilities are quite dated, it doesn't feel like an Atour hotel at all. The laundry room has residential-style washers and dryers, and the building's soundproofing is terrible. You can hear the subway every few minutes, making it impossible for light sleepers to get any rest.

The hotel is super close, just a short walk from Metro Line 2! The only minor inconvenience is that you can't park directly in front of the lobby. You have to get off at a nearby intersection and walk to the hotel entrance with your luggage, but it's not far at all.

There were cockroaches in the room 😭 I found them when I was about to check out. The hotel offered some souvenirs as compensation, which were just two boxes of vanishing cream and some tea. I wasn't going to write a bad review initially, but when I got home and was organizing my paper bag, I noticed a small, moving dark shadow inside. I took it out and it was actually a small cockroach! We don't have these kinds of bugs in Shandong, this is infuriating. What if it gets introduced into my home like this?! This isn't something that can be resolved with a souvenir. Moreover, it left a very bad ending to my trip. Now I have to take everything out to disinfect and buy roach bait. How can such a large chain hotel not even be able to manage cockroach extermination?!

The location is excellent, right by Beixinjing subway station. Line 2 is super convenient for getting to the city center, Hongqiao Airport, and the train station. The surrounding area is mainly residential, so you can find some late-night snack spots if you go for a stroll in the evening – there's a beef soup place nearby that's really good! The room was clean and tidy, and even though it's on a main street, it wasn't noisy at all. Overall, I recommend staying here.

The hotel's location is convenient, the environment is clean and quiet, and the bedding is spotless and comfortable with thoughtful amenities. The staff are attentive, efficient, and genuinely warm. So many wonderful details, it was a truly pleasant surprise! Excellent value for money, making my trip very comfortable. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next travels!

Really spacious, clean and convenient hotel. Literally right beside the train station, and surrounded by restaurant and convenient stores. Will definitely stay at the other atour chain of hotels again, very value for money. The staff were super friendly too.

The location is absolutely fantastic! It's a 5-minute walk to the subway station, and there are tons of malls and famous old restaurants nearby. The room was spotless every day, not even a single water stain on the bathroom vanity. The hallway was incredibly quiet at night, which was perfect for a light sleeper like me. I'm really happy with my stay.

Booked an executive room with breakfast for over 630/night, but the room didn't match the description on Ctrip. It was roughly 16 sqm, very small, no fridge, no safe, and only two bottles of water were provided (no tea on the first day). This is by far the hotel where the price-to-room/service ratio has been the most disproportionate during my business travels.

A hidden gem for business travelers, my go-to hotel for frequent work trips! It's just a 2-minute walk from the North Xinjing metro station exit. The desk and chair in the room are really comfortable, and the high-speed WiFi is incredibly stable, perfect for smooth remote meetings. The breakfast has a great variety and is served quickly, saving a lot of time when you're in a rush. From the efficient check-in at the front desk to the thoughtful room service, it's a hassle-free experience all the way. Five stars, highly recommend!

The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The hotel room was spotless, which made for a very comfortable and reassuring stay. It's also super convenient, with a Fuhmai Xiaolong restaurant and a convenience store right downstairs. Plus, it's close to the subway station, making it easy to get anywhere.

Great value for money! It's super convenient right next to the subway entrance, and really close to Hongqiao Airport. Getting to Jing'an District and Nanjing Road only takes a few stops. The service is also excellent; the staff are all polite and proactively greet you, and the breakfast is plentiful.
