Iforest Hostel (Shanghai People's Square, Dashijie Metro Station)

I have been to Shanghai many times. This is the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in. The front desk owner is patient, handsome and nice. The room is clean and tidy. The transportation is convenient. The subway is a few dozen meters south. It is a good choice for a business trip. As a Virgo guest, I give it a full score.

All I can say is...except for the great location...there is nothing worth commenting on... This is not the first time I have stayed in a youth hostel. I think I have a high tolerance for the living environment. But when I came to this youth hostel in Shanghai, I really realized what it means to have a lot of money in the center of a metropolitan city. There are two rooms in a four-person room. You can't even put the cabinets behind the bunk beds. There were two people living in the room when I checked in. After putting the luggage together, my suitcase could only be placed against the entrance. One person left that night and the luggage was moved, so I was able to move some stuff inside. The bathroom is extremely small. It would be difficult for two adults to turn around in it. There is a toilet, shower and sink in such a small bathroom. I simply didn't take a shower that day. I couldn't find a ventilation switch, and I didn't know if there was one, so it was hard to imagine how sour the smell would be if someone used the toilet inside. The light inside the bed is very dim. In fact, the light in the whole room is dim, which makes people feel very depressed. I was on the upper bunk. After I climbed up, there was a lot of dust in the place where the things were placed in the bed. How can I put it this way? It’s not pleasant to say. What's the difference between seed and *******? I didn't fall asleep all night and felt that the air was not flowing. It wasn't until about 6 o'clock in the morning that I was really sleepy and I squinted for a while. Disposable sheets and duvet covers are placed on the bed. I understand that you need to make the bed yourself, but I don't quite understand that you have to collect it yourself after checking out (this is just my personal opinion, no offense intended). If I have to say that this youth hostel costs more than 80 yuan a night, I can only say that the money is spent on the location. It is more than one kilometer away from the Bund and there are many business districts around it. It is quite fun to play.

The location of the hotel is very good. The single room is quiet and clean.

Except for the lack of windows and the stuffiness, everything else is quite satisfactory! The best choice for drama, hahahahaha. The exhaust automatically starts when the toilet is opened, so even if the roommate takes a shower and then enters the toilet, it will not be very damp. The internet speed is very fast and the small light in the bed is very bright. very good!

The location is convenient, with subway stations, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby; luggage can be stored, so I can easily spend another day having an early flight the next day. It's just that the room has a very musty and damp smell; and the bed is not cleaned well, it doesn't feel good. And the toilet does not provide toilet paper. Whether it is necessary to bring your own or not replenished, it is not very good.

The location is excellent, within a 20-minute walk from many attractions in downtown Shanghai👍🏻. The only thing I have to say is that the lights in the room are too dim and there is no daylight. It is recommended to change them.
