I chose this family owned resort for a couple of nights on my birthday weekend because it’s located between the places I wanted to visit and stay in a quiet place in the country side. Although I wanted a place with a swimming pool, I didn’t use it: the day I arrived the owner was cleaning it, and even after it wasn’t very clean, so I stayed away from the water. The room wasn’t clean either (I stayed in the Ocean room, just above the reception), the dust and hair were everywhere, especially above the bed head. I even started to sneeze. The bathroom wasn’t clean either, hair, water stains, rust… the towels were old but clean at least. See the pictures.

I really like the small resort. The first time I went the service was very nice and I loved seeing their kitty cats in the office. When I said I had a flight at 22:00 they let me check out at 14:00. Sadly the next time I came the remote controllers in the room were so filthy dirty I had clean and disinfect before I could turn the AC on in my room. The service employee working this time was awful compared to my first visit, and I had to pay for second night just to stay a few more hours. For the reasonable price I don’t expect the place to be perfect, but after my first visit was so nice, I was very disappointed that my second visit was so bad by comparison. I fly to Shanghai every 2 weeks and am always looking for a hotel I like enough to return every time. I’m afraid to go back to this hotel again and I’m sad about that. I would like to give them another chance, and hope they listen to my suggestions and go back to how they were on my first visit.

Friendly staff, comfortable room and for Shanghai the very reasonable price makes it great it’s a stay for visiting Disneyland.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The room is spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable beds. The swimming pool is clean with inflatables to relax on. It’s family friendly with a slide and things to play with.
The Disney resort is 5km away and easy to reach using Didi. The breakfast was ample and there are some places to eat nearby. The supermarket is very close by. We really enjoyed our 4
night stay here and would recommend to others.
