Pros: Convenient Location: The hotel is located just a 10-minute walk from the nearest MRT station exit, making it very accessible for travelers. Flexible Check-In: I appreciated the flexibility of being allowed to check in early when the room was available. Cons: Cigarette Smell: Despite the building being designated as non-smoking, there was a strong cigarette smell in both the hallways and the room, which was very unpleasant. Poor Bathroom Condition: The toilet facilities were not in good shape. The window had rust, the toilet seat was broken, and the flushing mechanism was malfunctioning.

Very run down hotel. Room is very basic and small. Could be better for the price.

You get what you pay for, wasn’t expecting much. Booked this as a short stopover with a late flight arrival. Property is aged and shows excess wear, communal areas are not tidy and sweaty cigarette smell lingers the whole building. Bedroom was adequate for my stopover, air conditioner worked which was crucial in the Shanghai heat. Bathroom as pictured, water pressure is on the low side. Convenience store 10 mins walk away and other easy eats around (kfc, maccas). Plenty of rental bikes available around to use and getting a didi/taxi was easy.

The location of this hotel is very good. The transportation is very convenient. It takes more than ten minutes to walk to Shanghai Xintiandi. It is not too far from the Bund. It is very good.

I originally booked a mini room but came with my family. The lady boss was very nice and helped us change to a king-size bed room. This price is really a good deal in this location. The sanitation is still very clean. I was a little worried because I saw a lot of bad reviews before, but it was close to where I was going, so I gave it a try. I was very satisfied with the result. After all, I think it is impossible to have everything good at this price. And this location is really convenient to go anywhere. It is suitable for business trips. You can't stay in the hotel for a long time in a day. It's really enough to sleep here. The key is that the service attitude is also very good. I returned to the hotel after 11 o'clock in the evening and asked the customer service for help. They were very enthusiastic. I will stay here next time.

For the price this is a decent hotel, but it could have been neater and cleaner. No hair dryer. In room 210, apparently the water from the shower flows straight onto the floor, because a lot of water had accumulated overnight, and in the morning I slipped heavily while entering the bathroom.
