Classic-style shanghainese hotel with spacious rooms in good condition, well-maintained and serviced. Location is close to the attractions of French concession, but you will have to walk abt 1,5-1,8 km to nearest metro station. In the adjacent area you can find a lot of local spa and massage places with very good price per quality rate. Unfortunately the dining options mentioned in the hotel description are in fact not in pleace anymore, which is very sad, as judging by the gorgeous breakfast at the hotel they are really good in local cuisine

Excellent amenities! Swimming pool with warm jacuzzi on the side and sauna were just perfect for cold weather! All good except overpriced breakfast! Coffee was terrible and desserts had no taste at all !

The check-in went very smooth, but be prepared to pay a deposit. The room is very big and clean. The bathroom was amazing. The hairdryer didn’t really do anything. The views are their main asset! There is a swimming pool with sauna and steam room, and a gym. The breakfast was delicious and there was a lot of choice, both Chinese and Western.

It was perfect stuff. Helpful Hotel also was amazing enough clean no issue to say.

Convenient to approach by subway, nice area to walk, plenty of good places to eat. Hotel room is spacious, beds are comfy. Big bathtub, golden! Smooth check-in and check-out. We have been returning guests for a while. Just love this hotel.

The service is good, and the reception staff is polite and friendly. The security and bag storage personnel are also very courteous. The hotel has 45 stories, and my room is on the 27th floor. When we checked in, the passenger lift was out of service, so we had to use the service lift, which was dirty and smelly. Fortunately, the passenger lift was restored in less than two hoursIn the room, the sliding door to the bathroom is off its track and cannot close fully. The pool is nice and temperature-controlled. The lifeguard at the pool is doing a great job and is very strict about hygiene, which is appreciated.However, the air conditioning in the room is inadequate; I had to request a manual standing fan in the middle of the night. The breakfast provided is average.

They dont speak much english but the rooms are big and nice, its well located near everything

Overall, the hotel is good and beautiful. The breakfast includes a couple of Western options, which is convenient. But there are a few issues. The decor is a bit outdated, and there are no outlets near the bed or USB ports, which makes charging devices inconvenient. The gym is great, and all the equipment is in good condition. However, the check-in line was huge and very slow, which really affected the first impression.

Good quality hotel. The spa and swimming pool is very useful and smart. The location is pretty good too. I think there could be more variety of western food choices though. I would stay here again!

I personally fancy this brand, as I stayed before. Rooms are spacious with a bath tub, facilities wonderful and I used this time to relax. All recommends!

I had an excellent stay at the Longemont thanks to the impeccable service from all the staff from the Business Center to the cleaners to the concierge. Everyone went out of their way to make the experience better without me even asking. The hotel itself is on the older side but the rooms were well kept, clean and spacious. It is right next to the Yan'an expressway but I could not hear any noise from my room.
