During our stay at the Ramada Plaza Shanghai Pudong Airport Hotel, my teenage daughter and I were impressed from the start. Quick check-in, comfortable rooms with complimentary snacks and efficient restaurant service made our experience a delight. The highlight was the flight simulator tour with an aviation expert. Our positive final impression ensures that we'll be back. Thank you, Ramada team!

The hotel location is hard to beat. It’s walking distance to some of the best sites in Guilin and the facilities are in very good condition. The food for breakfast is excellent! The staff were friendly and helpful, although only a portion of the staff speaks English. There were very few Americans or English speakers during my visit.
I was fortunate to have a room on the top floor facing the river and got a glimpse of a beautiful sunrise one morning. At night the musicians play by the river so it isn’t the most quiet location but the view is great!
One less desirable thing was they hosted a large tour group from Hong Kong on Saturday/Sunday and the group ate early and blocked access to the buffet.

This hotel is convenient for those who have early flights out of Pudong—a free shuttle bus to and from the hotel. The restaurant service and menu offered both Asian and Western dishes.
The room we had was spacious and super clean. Overall, it is a perfect hotel.

The hotel has a great location, just to 5 minutes by shuttle bus from the airport. From my point of view considering this brand, the room was smaller vs the normal price of this hotel type.

I was stay for 1 night in Ramada Plaza Shanghai Pudong Airport to catch a morning flight. The hotel provide a free shuttle bus from/to the Airport. It was a good stay in Ramada Shanghai.

Convenient located close to Pudong airport with shuttle bus from and to Terminal 1 and 2 which makes it the best choice for overnights stays to catch your flight the next day.

The location is perfect. Very close to the aiport AND there's a shuttle service from the hotel every half an hour. Extremely convenient if you're staying there before a flight.
The staf are very friendly and helpful and everyone spoke English.
We had dinner (a la carte) and breakfast (buffet). Food was tasty and there was a good range available for both meals.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing that could be improved is the bathroom. There was a start of mold in the shower and sink, and the shower cabin was not sealed properly so some water was leaking out. However, these are minor and I'm sure can easily be improved for the future.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would go back in the future.
