The hotel manager quick responsive about extra bed. The extra bed feel only spring doesnt have mattras. Room is nice with beautiful view over pudong area. Location quite hard looking for food.

This hotel is very unique and beautiful. Located in such an amazing location. We had an amazing stay in our room. The view from our room was gorgeous. This room had everything we needed and staff were very welcoming and kind. They prepared a little welcome surprise for us which was so lovely. What an amazing experience! Highly recommend.

Very nice view . Good breakfast ( although bakery and juices should be improved). Dirty carpet in the room. Dirty side of the bed . Furniture showing the sign of bad materials and bad maintenance . Shower not separating water from wall and ceiling because of broken faucet. At 7 pm on Friday night the TOPS terrace was close because of the rain and the Lounge bar was closed because of ? Laziness? And the terrace in any case is closed until 2.30 pm. On summary expensive and pretentious hotel badly managed. The view only cannot justify the high price . 景色很美。丰盛的早餐(尽管面包房和果汁还需要改进)。 房间里有脏地毯。床上肮脏的一面。 家具出现材料不良和维护不善的迹象。 淋浴由于水龙头坏了，没有把水从墙上和天花板上隔开。 周五晚上7点，顶层露台因为下雨而关闭，酒廊酒吧因为什么原因而关闭？懒惰？无论如何，露台一直关闭到下午2：30。 总而言之，昂贵而自命不凡的酒店管理不善。 这种观点只是不能证明高昂的价格是合理的。

Magnificent experience ever! The view was so extremely. Peace of mind. I definitely stay in Banyan tree next time.

Three words: charming, elegant, comfortable. I loved the huge jacuzzi in the bathroom and the amazing walking in shower! The staff is very helpful and professional, the food is delicious! I’ll certainly go back and recommend. You’re in walking distance of Raffles City Mall and you can also take a walk by the river with a great view from the Pearl Tower.

Nice place, spacious room, front office & housekeeping are good and welcoming. F&B & kitchen team not perform well especially kitchen team. Breakfast I ask the chef to make a sunny side egg for me, but his face showed me he is not happy and he keep nagging

Booked a room with a Bund view for New Year's Eve and our 3rd anniversary - as the team at Banyan Tree prepared our room for us, they served us a drink from the hotel dining and Cynthia was swift in her service towards us. Not long later, our room was ready and a celebratory New Year's Eve dessert platter was served to us in our room. Not only did Cynthia answer all our queries, she even provided us with the necessary help regarding our food deliveries! When the delivery arrived while she was asleep after a long and ardous day at work, she answered the call and notified me first hand that the delivery was completed. On top of that, Cynthia was extremely hospitable in inviting us to the hotel's New Year's Eve countdown celebrations with a drink at the Tops bar, located at the rooftop of Banyan Tree. The rooms were immaculately designed and maintained, with it being walking distance to a shopping mall and having a wonderful view of the Bund. Thank you Cynthia, for giving us such a magnificent stay at the Banyan Tree with your exemplary service and it is by far the most memorable hotel stay we have ever had! :D

Very nice view of the bund, but location wise it is not that convenient, as it is on the side of the bund. Excellent service, although my girlfriend complained about light seeping through the curtains in the morning we got upgraded to the romantic pool room on the same day. Amenities were complete and room service is very fast.

Amazing rooms with some incredible views of the city, a nice quiet spot in Shanghai and spa facilities are really great. All the staff are incredibly helpful and you can't really go wrong with staying here, worth every penny :)

Nice view of the Bund and great ammenities in room. Service is customer oriented and good selection of breakfast choices. Improvement area are room aiilrconditioning is a bit stuffy and not cooling during the day , waiter is too effective cleaning plate prior to finishing and table not set up on time during busy hours of breakfast.

Staffs are friendly and helpful, the room is outstanding with excellent view to The Bund.

Room is huge, a window side sofa couch and a huge round bathtub overlooking the river. Though it is a non-smoking room, we can smell very strong cigarettes smell along the corridor and the noise cancellation between your room and the corridor walkway is not very good. If you are looking for a hotel near the prime location of the Bund, this might not be the best choice because it is located a distance away. But overall, it is still a comfortable stay with Banyan Tree.
