Five star hotel with excellent service at an incredible rate compare to other 5 stars. Location is slightly off but the price and quality of the rooms are exceptional. The gentleman at the reception in the front was courteous, efficient and gave a 5 star service that was indicative of this fine establishment. I will stay again.

The hotel is very clean and accessible. The staff are very helpful and patient, especially Moses Suen from the Front desk. He is exceptionally pleasant and he made our stay memorable. The breakfast spread is also great.

I recently stayed at Pullman Shanghai and I must say, the service was truly exceptional.Specifically, the front desk staff deserves a special mention.Moses and his team , in particular, went above and beyond to assist me. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Their knowledge and expertise made my stay so much smoother and more enjoyable.From the moment I checked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The entire staff was attentive to my needs and always went the extra mile to ensure my comfort.The level of service at this hotel is truly outstanding. Everyone was dedicated to providing the best possible experience for the guests.
I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Moses and the entire team at Pullman for their outstanding service. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay with exceptional service.

The room was too hot, and we could not adjust the aircon temperature. It was better after they put a fan inside the room. Everything is fine other than this.

A decent hotel for travelers, near the railway station just less than 5 minutes walk. The room was clean, breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

The staff are good. Some are not friendly. The room was too hot. The electricity supply was too weak to charge an iPad it kept disconnected. So weird.
