The Crowne Plaza is located at the heart of Nanjing Road. Very clean and very formal setting. Really enjoyed spending time at this hotel as the entrance provides instant access to the centre / main road of Shanghai.

Hotel location was super good. Nearby is metro and downstairs the hotel is the shopping district. Staff was super helpful and the room was clean. Highly recommended to all coming Shanghai.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally cooperative and friendly, always ready to help with a smile. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and everything felt well-maintained and comfortable.
My only suggestion for improvement would be to add a bidet shower in the bathroom, which would make the stay even more perfect.
Overall, highly recommended!

Great location just near Najing Road, which is great for shopping, walking and eating. When we arrived, our rooms were not yet ready, even we arrived long after check-in time. However, Iris was kind to upgrade our room and inform us through WeChat when the rooms were ready for us to go in.
