This is my second time here, and I'm very satisfied. The hotel's location is super convenient, the housekeeping auntie was very warm, and the security team was also very welcoming.

Even though this hotel has been open for a while, the service, cleanliness, facilities, and food all far exceeded my expectations. It's less than a 3-minute walk to the subway station, which makes getting around incredibly convenient!

Wow, they didn't raise prices for the National Day holiday! I think the price is pretty good, especially since it's super close to Lujiazui and the Oriental Pearl Tower, and the subway station is also very nearby. It's really close to the city center, and it's great that they didn't hike up prices like crazy for National Day. Plus, they upgraded us to a room with a large window, and even though breakfast isn't usually included, they gave us complimentary breakfast, which was fantastic! The service was excellent too. We could even store our luggage after check-out, which was super convenient. The service attitude was amazing; they even helped us with our luggage when we left. A big thank you to Bronny for the service! If I ever get the chance to visit Shanghai again, I'll definitely book this hotel.

The room was clean and tidy. The front desk helped me upgrade to a room with a great view, overlooking Shanghai's city center and iconic landmarks. It's also very close to the subway entrance, making it super convenient for getting around.
