Super convenient location. Check-in was quick and easy, no long waits. The front desk staff were professional and welcoming, definitely five stars. The room was spacious and clean. Highly recommend!

This hotel was definitely the highlight of my trip to Shanghai. The location is super convenient, just a 3-minute walk from Exit 3 of Zhongning Road Station on Metro Line 14. There are several coffee shops nearby, including Starbucks, Manner, and Luckin, plus a 7-Eleven right next door. If you're driving, it's also very easy as there's a free underground parking lot with direct elevator access to the lobby. They even have slow chargers in the parking spaces, which is great for new energy vehicles. The hotel facilities are quite new, and I was really happy with the spacious and clean room. The overall service was excellent too; they called me a day in advance to confirm my check-in details and even helped with navigation for driving. The front desk staff were wonderfully soft-spoken during check-in. To my surprise, the breakfast spread was extensive, and they even offered late-night snacks! I hope to have the chance to stay here again.

Great location, with several subway lines nearby and an entrance right across the street. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was huge. The highlight was definitely the breakfast; it was so substantial it could easily pass for a main meal. The late-night snack service was also a thoughtful touch, offering staple items like noodles and wontons, sesame paste and soy milk, as well as fruits and light stir-fries such as shredded potatoes and scrambled eggs with tomatoes. All the details were perfectly handled.

Fantastic hotel!! Highly recommended!! Incredible value for money!! I stumbled upon this hotel on Trip.com, and after reading the overwhelmingly positive reviews, I decided to book. The night before check-in, the hotel customer service even called to ask if I needed a pick-up service. I was so surprised – a hotel at this price offering a pick-up service? I've stayed in hotels costing one or two thousand yuan that didn't offer this, and they even used a dedicated business car! Upon arrival, I was consistently impressed. The room was clean, the service was attentive, and the breakfast was excellent. Plus, they offer free services like late-night snacks and laundry – it's truly amazing!! It's rare to find a hotel in Shanghai with such thoughtful service and affordable prices. So satisfied! 👍

I booked the hotel late, but the next day they upgraded me to a king room, which was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The laundry service was excellent; they even helped us move our luggage to the new room since we switched, and delivered the clean clothes there. When checking out, they gave us a souvenir. Since my return flight was from Pudong, I booked a hotel there. Taking the hotel's car service to Hongqiao Airport, then catching the intercity airport line directly to Pudong Airport was much more comfortable and helped us avoid traffic. I was pleasantly surprised how convenient it was to get to Pudong Airport this way!

I was very satisfied with the hotel's service. The room was clean and hygienic, and the nearby subway station was incredibly convenient. The breakfast selection was extensive. This is my second time staying at this hotel, and the staff are very welcoming. The environment also includes a minibar, and all the facilities and equipment are well-appointed. Highly, highly, highly recommend!
