The size of the toilet seat is seriously mismatched; 6. The sound insulation effect is too poor. The faucet next door makes a sound in our room; 7. The signs indicating the room numbers in the corridor are very strange, and most of the upper and lower number segments are repeated. What disappointed us most was that when booking a room on Ctrip, we specifically chose a twin room that cost several dozen yuan more, instead of a twin room A (Ctrip's description of both rooms said there was a window, and the front desk said the twin room was larger than the twin room A), but the front desk arranged a small room without a window for me, which was lower than the twin room A; I contacted them later and they changed it back to the twin room I booked (it had a window and was larger than the room they gave me at the beginning). When I contacted them, the front desk staff kept emphasizing that the room they gave me at the beginning was a twin room, but how to explain the question of whether there was a window? The change from room 635 to room 655 on the room card must be understood by the hotel staff. This kind of fooling attitude is annoying! So if you want a high cost-effectiveness, it is recommended to live near the Pudong subway line, which is convenient to go anywhere!
