The room was really dirty, and I often encountered people smoking in the hallways. The hotel management is terrible. They have separate elevators for odd and even floors, but the robot announced at night that the odd-floor elevator was out of service. Deliveries could only be picked up downstairs. Later in the night, the robot broke down, making all elevators unusable. A truly awful check-in experience.

The hotel was really nice, clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and the shower was also good. There is currently construction near by but nothing the hotel can do about that. Will stay again.

Convenient right outside of Dong An Rd metro station. Lots of food downstairs. Good area for pick up at the front (Didi and other cab services). Large rooms but dated.

It’s a very old hotel. The first room they gave us smell of pee , after they have given one without bad small, but the toilet has the black line of molds all around the tiles. Moquette aren’t washed properly and funny thing to go to room’s elevator you need to pass through the public toilets. Bad memory.
