I would recommend this place for those who prefer to explore city center by walking, the location is very convenient, hotel staffs are very supportive and friendly. It was a amazing trip for me to stay here

- location : great location just 2 min walk to Nanjing rd. (Daimaru new world) // Also have 1 min walking range of 2 convenient store and great local restaurants.

- 24/7 service desk
- Staff : Very kind and always try to help and support you. When I and my girlfriend check-in, we met the girl staff that can speak and communicate English fluently. She is very kind and suggests us for many things. Even in the night time, we met other staff that may not speak english, but they try their best to communicate with us via translate app.
Facilities: have washing m/c and stream iron.

Amazing stay in the hotel!!!!! When we got there they allowed us to make the checking earlier, which we really appreciated since we got ther from a long flight.
Nice hotel,really cleaned and helped us a lot!!!!

Very pleasant stay at your hotel. The location was great, it takes about 10 mins to city walk to Nanjing road, Bund view point and not far from subway.
Check in staff very helpful. Room is not that big but enough space for two people with small luggage, nice pillows, traditional tea set, eyes mark.

It's a very good hotel to stay ...very clean and very comfortable....it's easy tk get to all the locations needed .....and the food is very tasty and so good ...the reception is so good and fast in checking in ....
