Hyatt On The Bund Shanghai

Had a fantastic trip! Lorna arranged a high-floor room with an amazing view of the international architectural complex, which was stunning when lit up at night. The room service was also super fast, and it was so relaxing to just kick back with a drink while looking out at the buildings. The breakfast spread was excellent, and I particularly loved the pastries and juices. Looking forward to staying here again next time I'm in Shanghai!

Checked into the one and only (or rather, one of two!) Grand Hyatt. The location is super convenient, and they even gifted us a complimentary minibar. I thought the room would be small, but it turns out all the space was hidden in the bathroom! By 8:30 AM, the restaurant was absolutely packed, and without a host, it felt more like a bustling marketplace. Even after the renovation, there's still no bidet, the TV is tiny, and the carpet didn't look very clean, which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel service was absolutely wonderful! Lorna arranged our room in advance, and the view was stunning. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, making for a fantastic stay. The location is super convenient, with a subway station and the Bund attractions nearby. Highly recommended!

The view of the Bund from the 11th floor is the best, and my kids absolutely loved it. Breakfast was bountiful; we had a long brunch around 9:30 AM every day and then didn't eat again until dinner. There were many international guests, and room service was very prompt. The location is also fantastic – it’s within walking distance to the Bund, Waibaidu Bridge, the Securities Museum, the Postal Museum, and Magnolia Plaza. Five stars, highly recommend!

The hotel service was absolutely wonderful, very warm and polite. Rosten, in particular, provided excellent and thoughtful service. The room was great, very spacious, clean, and tidy, with a beautiful view. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the location was incredibly convenient, with a shopping mall nearby. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely come back if I have the chance.

The Grand Hyatt has an excellent location, and the rooms are quite spacious. The breakfast spread was especially lavish. We were assigned a room with a Bund view and another with a Pearl Tower view, both absolutely stunning. We are very grateful for this. Lorna and Rosten provided excellent service as well, thank you.

The room was very clean. I originally booked one night with a Pearl Tower view and one night with a Bund view. Due to the holiday crowds and limited room availability, I would have had to switch rooms. However, the staff allowed me to extend my stay in the original room, saving me the hassle of moving. This was very thoughtful and convenient. Since I arrived early and the room wasn't ready yet, staff member Lorna thoughtfully arranged for an urgent cleaning. The room was ready quickly, and she was also very caring and attentive to my child. Thank you! The Oriental Pearl Tower view from the room was absolutely fantastic. I had a very pleasant stay this time.

Fantastic location with excellent service! Lorna was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous in preparing our room in advance. The views are absolutely stunning, and the place is spotless. The rooftop bar offers beautiful night views, and the breakfast spread is generous and delicious. Overall, a wonderful stay that I highly recommend!

The room was great, and the view of the Bund was absolutely beautiful. My kid loved it too! Honestly, I would've given you a good review even if you hadn't asked. My only gripe is that they wanted to charge extra for breakfast for my 6-year-old at check-in, which I thought was complete nonsense. Luckily, my child had to leave before 5 AM anyway.
