Extremely well located hotel above a subway with endless food options and tons of shopping. The room had a balcony and that was a nice bonus. Washroom was nicely designed and room was clean! Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Location is perfect. Very near metro gate 1 station with escaltor on the way up for luggage. Only short fleet of stairs on the way down. Near shopping centres and food.
Room is spacious, but super noisy with most rooms facing the construction side. Side run approximately 6:30am-10pm, beware of you are a light sleeper. Complimentary mini bar daily is a plus and washing machine facilities is a a bonus. Supplies unlimited detergent. Gym was so-so, very small.
Service was in-consistent during our stay here for nearly a week. Some staff very helpful some are not.

Great stay at Jinglai Hotel, everything was great and clean.
Highly recommended, hotel was near MTR station and a lot of stuff to eat and shop near by . There's a laundry room which is very useful.

This was a last minute switch and, WOW, what a great surprise. The room was large and very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was large with a deep tub and separate shower. All the staff, from the front desk to the cleaning ladies, we very warm and helpful. The hotel is in a historic building just said from line 2 metro, the Nanjing Riad West station. Within a 600 meter walk is the Starbucks Roastary which is worth the visit. The Cheesecake Factory is on 3F of a mall next to Starbucks. Within a short walk are more restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops than you can count. (Including a DQ, a Chili's, and a Five Guys Burger.) The location of the hotel is superb! And for the location and size of the room the price is a good value.

Great loction clean rooms, but keep in mind there is construction work on the other side of the hotel!!! Lot of construction noise!!

I had a small set back that would either make or break my visit to the city. Eric at the front desk was more than helpful & went above and beyond to help me turn my visit into a successful one. Much appreciated and a million thanks my guy!!!
