I highly recommend this hotel! The location is excellent, with plenty of cafés and restaurants, shops, and a metro station nearby. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!!

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days and even paid extra for an upgrade to a room with a balcony. The first three days were relatively quiet, though we had to deal with constant street noise and dirty, rusty water in the shower. The real nightmare happened on our 4th night when we were literally attacked by 3-5 big cockroaches in our room. When we reported this, the hotel manager simply stated that he "is not a professional exterminator" and did absolutely nothing to help us. We weren't offered another room to relocate because the hotel was fully booked. We desperately tried to find another hotel nearby in the middle of the night, but no one could take us in at such a late hour. Thank goodness we had friends in the city and could sleep at their place. The next morning, we contacted Trip.com to get a refund for the room. The hotel tried to pull a sneaky trick: they offered to cancel our booking with a penalty. This would have refunded our last night but would have also blocked us from leaving a review for our stay. Fortunately, with Trip.com's help, we managed to force the hotel to issue the refund. This stay completely ruined the impression of our entire trip, and we will absolutely never return here. My advice to future guests: It is much better to pay a little more for a trusted brand and quality than to stay in a place with completely untrained staff and absolutely zero customer loyalty.

Location is perfect, near lot of places to eat. Recommend for anyone that want to try local food. Not too far from shopping area. Best location as it’s next to the station.
