CitiGO Hotel Shanghai Pudong International Airport

I stayed at All Seasons and Orange before. This is my first time staying at Citigo. I can feel that the service attitude of this hotel is really good and the hygiene is also very clean. Maybe the room I stayed in was not right. I really think the check-in experience is very bad. I took my baby to Disney and stayed there for two nights. On the first night, it was very stuffy after entering the door. I couldn't breathe. The child was awakened and cried. I called the front desk, and the front desk said to try turning on the air conditioner first. Then I turned it on, and it was still stuffy. Later, other clerks told me that the central air conditioner was not turned on for cooling, but only for heating. In other words, the more I turned it on, the more stuffy and hotter it became. Later, the hotel helped me use an electric fan in the room to circulate the air, and I barely slept for two or three hours. On the second night, the hotel helped me change rooms, and then I didn't feel embarrassed to say the problem with this room anymore, and checked out early in the morning. The problem is, as shown in the picture, I am on the second floor, and there is a piece of iron sheet about 2 meters below the window of the room. It rains, and it happens to rain. Even a light rain is like thunder. I didn't sleep well for two nights, so I checked out early in the morning and left quickly😓

1-The room is very smart, the curtains are electric, very convenient. It is also very hygienic and the decoration is quite new. 2-The front desk service is thoughtful and enthusiastic, and there are delicious wontons for supper at night! 3-There are morning and evening shuttle buses to Disneyland, and there are two night buses, which is very convenient. Families going to Disneyland can stay at this hotel, the cost performance is very high!

Late night snacks were provided and a Shuttle Bus took us to and from Disneyland. The room was large and bright, and the service was very good. I will visit here again if I have the opportunity.

This hotel was recommended by a friend, and I was very satisfied after I came here. First of all, the service attitude is very good, the room is clean and tidy, and the parent-child room has a 1.8-meter bed and a 1.2-meter bed, which is very comfortable. There is a shuttle bus to Disneyland for round-trip transportation, which is convenient and fast. There are also delicious wontons after 10 o'clock in the evening. I will come again next time.

I am in international transit, with my mother, wife and two children, and a lot of luggage. To be honest, it is not convenient to travel. Citygo Hotel is very close to Pudong, a 20-minute drive away. The environment in the store is comfortable, there are meals in the morning and evening, and there are many snacks outside. The suite we stayed in was not so updated, but it was okay to live in. What I want to say most is the staff of the hotel. Their service makes my family, who have lived abroad for many years, feel really great. They are polite every day and always have a sincere smile. Even some uneducated and impolite guests are given the same service, which really touched us. Thank you Miss "Xiao Wang" for helping me get a taxi when I was in a hurry in the morning and paying for me. Thank you Miss Xiao Yaoli for teaching me how to use various software and take a car.
