The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk service was excellent. There are many great food options and snack stalls around the hotel, making it very convenient. The bathroom was clean, and the shower had good water pressure. Highly recommended!

10/2025 - I brought my relatives to Ramada Wujiaochang Shanghai for staying here because this hotel has the best price and performance ratio in that area at $78 for a suite, including two buffet breakfast and tax, no tip in China. We enjoy the area for shopping and dining, especially across the hotel, you can find a delicious bowl of vegetable wontons soup at $2.00 (15 RMB) including tax vs. approximately $20 in Los Angeles after Tax + Tip! If you like Chinese medicine for a special area treatment, a 北京同仁堂 is just across the hotel. The hotel has been continuing to renovate guestrooms slowly. Staying at a 9th floor might be your best choice because all guestrooms were remodeled 5 years ago with a Biden Toilet. The subway #10 is just a walking distance from the hotel. If you like to visit the Pudong, you can consider to take a new subway line #18 for just a one-seat ride, but a 20 minutes walk or take a taxi at $2.00 to the subway. 2019 - This is my third time to stay at RAMADA SHANGHAI Wujiaochang. I am glad that the hotel is now going through a remodeling construction phase. The 3rd and 5th floors are at the reconstruction at the moment. The hotel has a all-you-can-eat morning buffet with 30 different items at $7 (50 RMB) per person, which can satisfy most common visitors. A walking distance to the subway line 10 is not far, which usually takes 10 minutes. From the subway station, you can visit a newly opened underground plaza where 13 exits are available.

Booked this for a client, but I checked it out beforehand. It's a quiet place with good soundproofing. The room was spotless, and the service was very responsive. The location is right by Wujiaochang, and there happened to be an event going on, which made it quite lively. The pedestrian street nearby is also great. I'm very satisfied.

The toilet had flushing issues, the soundproofing was terrible, and the phone was broken. The bed was also very hard, and there wasn't a thick duvet. Plus, the construction next door was noisy in the mornings.

The rooms are a bit old, but the location is decent for reaching Wujiaochang commercial area and the subway. Xiao Lu and Da Xiong from housekeeping were very friendly and offered helpful suggestions for travel routes. The excellent service made up for the older facilities. Giving a good review and a shout-out to them!

This hotel offers great value for money for my business trips to Shanghai. The decor is a bit dated, but it's exceptionally clean and has a charming, nostalgic feel. I'll definitely be back.

Even though the decor is a bit dated, the overall cleanliness is excellent. The complimentary breakfast and atmosphere are also quite good. You get a 4-star experience for a mainstream price, so it's really great value for money. I'll definitely come again.

The location of the hotel was good, but there is nothing either. The room and equipments are very old and the hotel was not clean. I stayed in Ramada Hotels in various countries but this was the worst.

This hotel seems to cater more to tour groups and conferences. During my stay, I was alongside a South Asian tour group, and there was also a conference happening. As the hotel has been open for a while, the room decor is a bit dated, though the cleanliness was acceptable. The bathroom doesn't have a separate shower; the shower head is combined with the bathtub (you have to stand in the tub to shower). The desk is a good size and stable, suitable for work or study. The TV is old and offers limited channels. Soundproofing in the room isn't great, as I could hear conversations from next door, but it wasn't too noisy that night, so I still managed to sleep well.

The facilities and equipment are outdated. There was a strong, unpleasant odor in the room. The bedside lamp switch was right on the pillow, which is a serious safety hazard as you could accidentally turn it on with your head. The shower pressure was incredibly weak, to the point of being unusable. The lobby staff were indifferent and unhelpful; there were no signs or guidance. The elevator was terrifyingly shaky while in operation.

This place is very easy to find, with a large logo that's visible at a glance. The environment is great, and it has a nice ambiance. From the high floor, you can see far into the distance through the window, which really brightens your mood. A special thanks to the staff member who patiently gave professional guidance yesterday – a quiet thumbs up to them! 👍

Clean and tidy, great location close to the Wujiaochang commercial area. The service is warm and proactive; staff member Xiao Liu was very friendly to guests. Check-in was handled efficiently, and they patiently answered all our questions. Facilities are excellent.

The decor is a bit dated, but the room was clean enough. However, there was a musty smell in the air, probably because it doesn't get many guests. I barely slept a wink. Next time, I'll definitely choose a hotel with a more modern renovation.
