Kerry Hotel Pudong Shanghai

I chose this hotel because it's right next to the convention center, which was perfect for my event. Even though the hotel has been open for a while, it's well-maintained, and my room was clean and tidy. The only downside is that parking isn't free, but the front desk manager helped me out, and I ended up parking right in front of the hotel (first come, first served), so that solved the problem. Breakfast was delicious too!

The location is a huge plus, being incredibly close to the exhibition center, which made attending my event super convenient and saved me a lot of commuting time. From the moment I walked in, I felt the warmth and enthusiasm of all the staff. The front desk handled my check-in efficiently and with a friendly demeanor, patiently answering all my questions. The lounge offered a great variety of food, and the concierge, housekeeping, and all other staff members were genuinely friendly, responsive to any issues, and provided meticulous service. The entire team demonstrated an excellent service mindset, making for an outstanding overall experience. I will definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit and highly recommend it to anyone attending exhibitions.

I had to check out early due to an unforeseen matter, and she proactively helped me process the early departure request. Any requests I had during my stay were responded to super quickly, making me feel right at home. The location is excellent, really close to the subway station and shopping malls, making it super convenient for exploring and dining. For solo travelers, this location saves a lot of commuting time – highly recommend!

My overall stay was incredibly comfortable and pleasant, and I really have to commend this hotel. Although parking is typically charged, after a quick chat, they arranged complimentary ground parking for me, which made getting in and out seamless. This was especially helpful given how much luggage I had. The front desk staff were professional and attentive during check-in; they responded quickly, communicated patiently and thoroughly, clearly explained all the check-in benefits, and processed everything efficiently without any long waits. The concierge team also left a strong impression. They greeted guests proactively when entering and leaving the hotel, helped with directions, assisted with luggage, and were always quick to respond to any requests. Their polite and considerate demeanor, along with their attention to detail, truly showcased their high service standards. The executive lounge experience was excellent as well. It was quiet and elegant with a comfortable atmosphere, and the food and drink selection was extensive. Both the afternoon tea and evening snacks were top-notch. It was perfect for a quick break, getting some work done, or simply relaxing. My time in the lounge was very enjoyable. Overall, the guest rooms were clean and tidy, the hardware was well-maintained, and the comfort level was very high. From the customer service at the front desk and concierge to the amenities and experience in the lounge, you could feel the hotel management's dedication and thoughtfulness at every step. I highly recommend this hotel for both business travelers and families, and I will definitely choose it again for my next visit. Special tip: The underground parking is charged, but you can contact the hotel in advance to arrange complimentary ground parking on a first-come, first-served basis.

The front desk lady, Julie, provided excellent service. She arranged a room for us with a view of Century Park and was very enthusiastic in helping us with parking. Although the hotel is a bit old, the rooms are still clean and tidy, and the service is great.

We booked the Kaka family connecting room, which was really convenient for our family of three adults and two children. The bed rail and baby bathtub we requested in advance were already in the room, along with a cute kangaroo toy, baby toiletries, and bath toys. The playground tickets included one adult and one child per room, which meant one adult in our group couldn't enter. It would be more convenient if tickets were based on the number of guests. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of options; I especially loved the xiaolongbao.

Traveling with friends, I've had meals and been to the kids' play area at Kerry Center in Beijing, but I've never actually stayed there. This time, I happened to have a free day in Shanghai, and I immediately told my friends we *had* to book the Kerry Center! It's because they have excellent facilities and plenty for kids to do. Upon arrival, we received a wonderfully warm welcome from the front desk ladies. A special thanks to Luna, Giselle, and Irene. The room was also decorated very warmly and invitingly. The pool is super big and even has a hot spring pool – you won't get bored even spending a whole day inside the hotel. The facilities in the kids' play area are also great for older children, with some really thrilling slides. All in all, it was a fantastic experience!

Kerry Hotel Pudong, Shanghai has always been my top choice for business trips. The facilities are comprehensive, transportation is convenient, the environment is elegant, and the staff's service is excellent. This time, the hotel also agreed to a last-minute cancellation of one room.
