Had a super comfortable 3-day, 2-night stay! The 11th floor was absolutely amazing – quiet, peaceful, and with a wide-open view. Lying in bed at night, looking out at Shanghai's iconic 'three-piece suit' of buildings, the ambiance was just perfect~ The breakfast was also pretty solid, with a great variety and fresh options. I ate it for three days straight and didn't get tired of it, haha. The front desk lady was also really nice and answered all my questions. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

<Location> The navigation was spot on, very accurate. We flew in, took Metro Line 2 then Line 6 from Pudong Airport, and it was just a 900-meter walk from the station. <Environment> Overall, it was quite good, with all the basic amenities covered. The high-floor view was also nice. <Service> The service was indeed excellent. The front desk lady upgraded us from a windowless room to one with a window, which made us really happy! 😊 They even provided special kids' slippers for my child. <Facilities> I have to say, the facilities are a bit old. Many power outlets required a lot of force to plug anything in. However, the soundproofing in the room was great, and the air conditioning was incredibly powerful – no complaints there. <Restaurant> The breakfast selection was decent, but a bit pricey at 58 RMB per adult. Still, they offered hot noodles, and the food was quite palatable. Overall, a good experience!

This is my second stay here. The room is quite spacious and even has a separate desk, which is great for getting work done. For the price, it includes breakfast and free parking, so it's excellent value for money. The front desk staff are consistently friendly and helpful.

Traveling with family to the Shanghai Museum East, this hotel was spotless, conveniently located, and had easy access to dining options. They even upgraded our room. Definitely recommended!

Hygiene: The room was smoke-free, which was great, and there wasn't a strong smell. Service: The front desk service was excellent, very warm and attentive. The breakfast was quite good, especially the wontons, which were delicious. Environment: The subway station is about 1km away, so it requires a bit of a walk.

I stayed here on a rainy business trip and the service was excellent, making me feel right at home. The room was clean, tidy, and odorless, and I even had a view of Shanghai's 'three-piece suit' (iconic skyscrapers) from my window. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Extended my stay for another day, everything was great. Parking, dining, and getting around were all convenient. For some reason, there were also a lot of foreigners staying here. The room was spacious enough, which was great for guests with luggage as they could spread everything out and organize it.
