Great service👍😃 The hotel staff helped my Dad, who is 86 and losing his hearing, in a smooth check in and check out; also helped my dad, who is not fluent in connecting WiFi and using mobile phone to call taxi, in an internet-connected stay and timely taxi ride. I highly recommend this hotel. I definitely will stay here in my next trip.

The hotel was very neat and clean. Service was okay but there weren’t any English speaking staff. The breakfast wasn’t very “western” as was advertised. Overall it was a good experience

We booked a parent-child room. The big bed was OK, but the small bed was in a corner. It smelled musty when lying on it. The child scratched himself until 11 o'clock and said he was itchy all over.
