Service: 10/10. My mum and I were greeted at reception with warm tea and snacks. Honey (张小姐) added us on Wechat (Chinese social media) and provided us with food times and amenities for our stay.
Location: 10/10 Amazing location. It's around 15 minutes walk from WuKang building which is the start of the famous Shanghai Citywalk.
The hotel is 9 minutes walk from the closest metro (HengShanLu).
Hotel: Perfect 👌🏼 We were given floor level 21 and had SPECTACULAR views. Absolutely superb. 💯
Food: Buffet breakfast.
Afternoon OR evening tea included.
Plus 1 bowl of noodle at night.
What more can you ask for?! 10/10.
Overall, I will recommend friends and family to stay. If you are deciding, stop & book right now!

Hotel has an excellent location, next to two parks and many services close by. It was less than 1km to nearby metro stations. Staff were very friendly and tried to impress guests; e.g., Honey sent us lots information about hotel services.
Breakfast is Chinese style with some western touch. There is still room to improve.

Horrendous service.
On our first night, some customer rep knocked on our door at 11pm to say we are offered a fruit platter. As we were all asleep we didn’t open the door and instead of leaving the person opened our door without consent. That was not only violating guest’s privacy but also blatantly unprofessional. When we complained to the front desk the next day they thought this was a non issue.
We noted that the cups in the room were not cleaned and when we asked for extra bottles of water to be delivered to our room at 930pm. They only came at 1230am with another very loud knock and door bell which woke everyone up.
Last but not least even though we made the booking with a remark for requesting a baby crib and reminding the front desk about that they had assured us it would be delivered to the room and the crib never came.
Terrible terrible experience and would never recommend it to anyone. The room and the floor smelled cigarette even though do not smoke sign is up everywhere.
