On the first day, we used the early entry pass to get into Disney. They even prepared a simple breakfast for us before breakfast hours, and since there were three of us, they gave us an extra breakfast.

Shortly after booking, I received a call from the front desk asking how many of us would be staying, if we had children, and if they were boys or girls, offering to upgrade us to a family room. The room was spacious and clean, and they even provided a complimentary fruit plate. There was also mosquito repellent from Runben, which is great for kids. The TV in the room wasn't working. For food delivery, you can pick it up yourself, or the front desk can help bring it up. I feel like they could really use a delivery robot; it feels a bit awkward constantly calling the front desk.

The hotel offers a convenient round-trip shuttle service to and from Disney. The front desk and room service were both excellent. We booked a suite that came with an automatic mahjong table, which was a lot of fun to play with friends.

Stayed for two nights and overall, it was a good experience. The soundproofing was better than expected; I wasn't disturbed by noise at night. Hot water came out quickly and the temperature was stable. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the taste was decent, and the staff were very friendly.

The hotel environment is comfortable and quiet. The staff even upgraded our room and gave us some fruit, which was a really thoughtful gesture. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommended!

The kids absolutely loved the family room, and the shuttle service to and from Disneyland was super convenient. The Donald Duck parking lot was crowded, but when we couldn't find the shuttle, we called the front desk and they promptly told us the schedule and where to wait. Overall, it was incredibly convenient!

We arrived quite late, and when I called the front desk to ask for a safety rail, it was brought to our room immediately. We all slept soundly for two nights, and the kids had a blast 🥳. A shuttle service to Disneyland is also available, and you can rent strollers from the front desk. However, a word of caution about the couple on the shuttle who try to sell services; their 'concierge service' pitches were quite pushy and not very good.

This hotel is perfectly situated between Disneyland and the Safari Park, about a 10-minute drive from each. They offer a free shuttle directly to Disneyland, which is super convenient for early mornings and late nights – no hassle after a long day of fun. We booked an executive suite, and at 77-80 square meters, it was incredibly spacious. The living room and bedroom were clearly separated, and the floor-to-ceiling windows provided fantastic natural light. The bedding was soft, and the room was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was huge with a double vanity, so it was perfectly comfortable for a family. Since we had an early start and would miss the hotel's breakfast buffet, they thoughtfully prepared a takeaway breakfast for us.

The room was clean, and the shuttle to Disneyland departed punctually, reaching Disney in about 20 minutes, which was very convenient. Manager Xiao Guo provided excellent service.

Both the lobby and the rooms are incredibly well-appointed, clean, and tidy, giving off a really comfortable, premium feel. **Outstanding Dining**: The breakfast spread is very rich, and the freshly prepared noodles were exceptionally delicious – good enough to make me want to wake up early for them again the next morning! What's even more surprising is that the bubble tea shop downstairs at the hotel is also fantastic. I bought a cup to take back to my room, and it just made me so happy! **Exceptional Service**: All these wonderful amenities were elevated by the service from our butler, Tingting. She truly embodied "responsive to every request." Whether it was asking for local sightseeing tips or needing some in-room amenities, her responses were incredibly swift, and she always had a sincere smile. She made us feel looked after like friends. This attentive care was the absolute highlight of our stay. This was an impeccable experience, and I will definitely recommend it to all my friends and will certainly be back myself next time!

This hotel is conveniently located near Ueno. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, perfect for two adults and two children. The hotel staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options.

My duty-free purchases were delivered, but I completely forgot that one parcel wasn't with the others and was left in the security office. I only remembered it two days after checking out! Fortunately, Mr. Zhang from the security office helped me find it and mail it out promptly late at night. His assistance was truly exceptional!
