Flower Hotel Nanjing Road Walkway, Bund, Shanghai

The location is fantastic, right on the pedestrian street. It's not far from People's Square Metro Station (the closest) and Nanjing East Road Station, making transportation very convenient. The front desk staff are friendly and enthusiastic. They immediately assist with any needs and can even receive packages on your behalf. The only downside is that the soundproofing isn't great. You can hear people talking loudly or singing in their rooms, and doors closing can be quite loud if not careful. Because of this, I often heard loud banging doors and conversations during my stay.

The room was small but exquisite, clean and tidy. The front desk staff's service attitude was excellent. We would definitely come back if we have the chance, and we hope the service and hygiene quality remain high in the future.

The room was great, and the staff were incredibly attentive. The hotel's location is excellent, right on Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. It's located on the 7th floor of the First Food Store, making it very convenient to get around. We brought our child here, and it was very comfortable with lots of delicious food, perfect for families with kids. The hotel is also newly renovated and feels quite new.

The room was quite clean, which was nice. It's right on Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, very close to People's Square Metro Station (Exit 19), just a 5-minute walk. It's a top choice if you want to stroll along Nanjing Road in the evening, and the Bund is only about a 30-minute walk away.

The room was very clean, and heading downstairs for some shopping was incredibly convenient. The front desk service was also excellent.

I stayed for four days and three nights this time, and overall, I was very satisfied! The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable, so I could get a good rest every day. The staff were enthusiastic and helpful, and the hotel's location was very convenient, making it easy to visit attractions and find places to eat. It offers great value for money, and I will definitely choose this hotel again if I come to Shanghai in the future. Highly recommended!
