Attentive and friendly staff. The kitchen in the room is very good ... otherwise some technical problems, no light over the tub and shower, no keys to open the balcony, some old stains on the sheets. The breakfast is disappointing and not worth the price.

Our stay at Green Court Residence Jinqiao Diamond Shanghai was by far one of the best I've experienced in a very long time. The staff was phenomenal, the amenities were exceptional and the room was very spacious for my two teen sons and I. In particular, Curry and Suki were very helpful with all our needs. They were most helpful with printing out documents and assisting with taxis. And, the manger on duty, Kitty, was very kind and approachable as well. Overall, excellent, excellent, excellent stay! This will forever be my "go-to" place when visiting the Shanghai Pudong East area. Very pleased.
