Booked this for a foreign guest, and it was incredibly convenient for their factory visits nearby. The hotel service was excellent, and they even extended their stay by a day. The guest was very satisfied.

My stay on May 17, 2026, exceeded my expectations. The entire process, from check-in to check-out, was seamless. The room was well-equipped with smart appliances, quality toiletries, and a comfortable desk and chair. The hotel's location is fantastic, with a subway and bus station just 300 meters away. Plus, there's a free shuttle bus every half hour that conveniently connects to the subway, airport, and Disneyland right outside the hotel.

The room was incredibly small; the bed was practically against the wall. I have no idea how they came up with 45 square meters – does that include the balcony? The front desk offered me a choice: a larger room facing the noisy subway or a smaller, quieter room. Neither option matched the room size I originally booked. For a hotel near Disneyland that's supposedly family-friendly, I was surprised to find no kids' shampoo or body wash, and no bed rails to prevent falls. I really hope the hotel focuses on providing essential facilities instead of just showcasing plush toys and slides.

We found the rooms pleasantly spacious, offering more comfort than other places we’ve stayed. The free shuttle service to Disneyland, the city, and the airport was a great bonus. Altogether, it made for a delightful family stay.

Got an upgrade to a king-size bed, which was incredibly spacious. The room was also very clean. The hotel shuttle to and from Disney was super convenient; the earliest one even starts at 5:50 AM, and it only takes about ten minutes to get there. The best part is it's a direct route with no stops, and the drop-off point is super close to the elevator for park entry. The front desk service, in particular, was warm, attentive, and thorough. I'll definitely stay here again for future Disney trips; it's great value for money and so convenient.

The room was clean, tidy, and spacious. There were lots of recreational facilities, and the breakfast was excellent. The entire staff provided fantastic service, very polite and always quick to resolve any issues. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

Less than a 5-minute drive from Disneyland, with multiple free shuttle services to and from the park daily. You can also book shuttle services to the Bund and the airport/high-speed train station in advance. The value for money is excellent, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The only minor drawback is the lack of bed rails.

This time, I was taking my child to Disney, so I stayed a night beforehand to head to Disney first thing in the morning. The hotel is right by the road, but also quite tucked away – actually pretty easy to find! Just a turn at an intersection. I drove, and parking was free after checking in at the hotel. The room was spacious and very clean, which was great. There's a shuttle bus to and from Disney, and it's a large coach. We booked the 5:50 AM shuttle, it departed punctually and got us to the Disney parking lot in just a few minutes – very close. For the return, shuttles start at 8:00 PM, running every 30 minutes until 10:00 PM. It's perfect if you want to catch the light show and still make it back. I highly recommend it! Plus, I checked out first thing in the morning the next day, but I could still take the shuttle back to the hotel in the evening and then drive home from there, which was really convenient. Lastly, the service was quite good; the front desk staff, both ladies and gentlemen, were all excellent! If you're looking for a place to stay a night, I highly recommend this hotel!

Back to my happy place! Staying here is super convenient for Disneyland. The shuttle service to and from Disneyland, as well as Pudong and Hongqiao airports, is fantastic. Excellent service and environment, making it the best choice for a Disneyland trip.

The hotel's exterior looks a bit like a factory, but the interior is quite good. We arrived around 4 PM, and our booked room type wasn't ready yet. The friendly front desk staff led us to the lobby bar for a complimentary afternoon tea while we waited. We got into our room about half an hour later. The room was spacious, and the independent balcony had some small playground facilities that my child absolutely loved! The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including a dedicated kids' dining area with a large TV. The hotel also offers free shuttle buses to and from Disneyland, the airport, and the high-speed rail station. The only downside is that it's close to the light rail, but after a tiring day of fun, you barely notice the noise!

Quick check in and out services. The receptionist helped me to transfer RMB to my Alipay account after I exchanged cash at the exchanger machine of the hotel. Really appreciate it. Laundry room is free to use - save luggage space to bring so many clothes.

The room was great, very spacious. The front desk staff were super friendly and the shuttle service was really convenient. They have shuttles to both the Bund and Disneyland. The shuttle driver on the night of the 31st at 10 PM, coming back from Disneyland, was especially enthusiastic! He had such a positive attitude! A delightful trip!
