I had just finished a party in Xuhui at 11pm, and wanted to find a quiet and comfortable hotel to check in as soon as possible. After booking this hotel, I was assigned a room facing the elevator. Not only was it close to the elevator, but the layout of the bed was also extremely unreasonable. It was not hidden inside the room, but right at the door. Both sides are surrounded by corridors, and the building materials are as thin as paper. It can be said that my wife and I can hear clearly every movement on the entire floor, footsteps, whispered voices, things falling... It's terrible! The overall environment is too bad. In addition, I have stayed at Four Seasons Hotels several times in the past two years and found common problems: 1. There are no labels on the various buttons in the room. Pressing the lights at night depends entirely on luck. I pressed the one above my head and it blinded my glasses. 2. The wireless wifi connection will be disconnected after 5 minutes at most. I have to click the wifi button to reconnect every time. I don’t understand why I hope this will be useful to friends staying in Xuhui~

This hotel is really rubbish. I arrived at 5pm and they told me I would have to wait half an hour for a room. I had booked it long ago but still had to wait that long. And there was only one waiter with very poor service attitude. When I got to the room, I couldn't connect to the wifi, so I called the front desk and they told me to take my computer to the front desk so they could help me check it out. This is the first time I have encountered such a service that requires guests to bring their computers downstairs to the front desk to find a waiter to connect to Wi-Fi. It is an incredible service.
