Chosen this hotel as it's nearby shanghai disneyland/pudong airport & transport services was provided.
In the end, we didnt use their transport and used ehailing instead as we've gotten early access ticket to the park.
Breakfast spread was nice but avail only at 630am.
Would also like to compliment 小丸子和小杰 for their service as i've ordered ******* but selected the incorrect hotel. They have 2 wassim hotel disneyland branches and it was my mistake for not checking. Ive wechat to check if my order was here and why was it not delivered by the robot and they even came up to the room when they hvnt got my instant reply. Good service overall.
Laundry room was located at L9, may skip if not required.

The hotel was clean and acceptable, room was tiny and small. They were promoting their own Spa on floor -1 which was a disaster. So dirty and with poor service which can hurt you. The team in spa were not professional at all. Hotel is accomodating them and offering their spa services to their guests, so they are also responsible for this bad service

The staff were really nice and helpful. One of them even added me on WeChat to assist me during my stay at the hotel since I don’t speak Chinese. The room was clean and comfortable enough, but the location was the worst — every DiDi ride cost me a lot, It’s close to Disneyland, Shanghai Wild Animal Park and the airport, but almost every other place was about an hour away, the breakfast opening time was not helpful at all for me and out of 4 days i only had the chance to try it once they are opening from 6:30 to 9:30 pm, at the end it was a comfortable hotel to stay in.

Great experience thanks to receptionist Jay Alin who was super helpful to make our stay pleasant! Deluxe room was really comfortable, breakfast is not the highest quality but more satisfying for what we paid for, great value! Always a pleasure to stay at Wassim!

Close to airport and Disney with complimentary shuttle. Very early shuttle for Disney would be better if they did hourly in the morning. Rooms had been renovated and loved the free upgrade to bathtub room. The air conditioning did not work and didn't go lower than 27 degrees and asked for a fan which helped. Room was quiet and clean. Gym was amazing and had lots of machines and weights however didn't open until 12 on Tuesday. Lots of variety at breakfast options for western and Chinese but not to our taste. We were planning on staying longer but the air con was just not good enough and the breakfast was not to our taste.
