The location is not far from airport and easier for us to transit in Shanghai for long hours. However, the taxi drivers are not willing to fetch us as they claimed it’s not worth to fetch us to the location with short distance. The hotel provides free shuttle to and from hotel to airport which is quite hassle free. Wifi is not applicable to travellers with international mobile numbers.

Provides airport pickup and drop-off. Close to the airport about 10-15 mins drive. The breakfast is a bit too simple and lacks variety. Aside from that everything was good.

Great location near the airport. Pick and drop service from and to the airport is available. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is friendly. The washroom had curtain instead for door which may be alright for a single adult but may not be convenient for a family or more people. Also the robot room delivery was fun. Overall a very good place to stay and relax.

Transfer PVG booked the hotel and had airport pick-up on time. Arrived at 20:06 and needed to wait at Exit 29. The facilities were OK. After all, the price was worth it. The front desk was nice and gave me a breakfast but there was no TV remote in the room. When I checked in, I said I needed a 1pm airport pick-up but the front desk said there was no one the next day but let me sit anyway.

I was catching an early flight the next day, so I chose to stay at this hotel. It was also my first time staying there. Arrived in Shanghai in the early morning, the airport pick-up service was great, and it was a hotel car, not a shared car with other hotels. The room was very old. The air conditioner didn't work at all and it was a bit cold. Especially the breakfast. I saw on Ctrip that it was 68 yuan per person and thought it was very good. But when I went there, it was very average. The standard is about 10-15 yuan.
