We stayed at Blackstone M+ for 11 days, and this was our first time staying at the hotel. Our experience was absolutely wonderful, and we have only positive impressions. 1. A beautiful hotel. It looks just as stunning in person as it does in the photos, and our room fully matched the description and pictures. The rooms are new, cozy, and stylishly designed. I would especially like to thank the hotel for providing a Dyson hair dryer — it was such a pleasant and convenient touch, and made drying my hair so much easier. 2. Exceptional cleanliness. Our room was always very clean, and housekeeping was regular and attentive to every detail. We could genuinely feel that the staff cared about us and our comfort as guests. 3. A good breakfast. Instead of a traditional buffet, breakfast is served as a selection of dishes from the menu. This format suited us perfectly, and everything we tried was delicious. 4. A cozy and intimate atmosphere. The hotel has a relatively small number of rooms, which creates a feeling of personalized service and individual attention to each guest. The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help with any questions or requests we had. We were extremely satisfied with our stay. The quality of the service is genuinely outstanding. We hope to have the opportunity to stay at this wonderful hotel again in the future. ❤️

The location is fantastic, and it's lovely to stroll around the Wutong district on foot. The small yet refined environment is perfect for solo travelers, while the suites are great for couples or families. A hotel I truly love.

Choosing Blackstone Apartment again felt like meeting an old friend, and it never disappoints. Check-in was as efficient and considerate as ever. They even went out of their way to arrange a quiet room with a better view, facing the optimal direction. This feeling of being remembered and valued is a kind of warmth that chain hotels simply can't provide. What surprised me most was the moment I opened the door – not only was the room as neat and elegant as always, but there was also a thoughtful box of eye patches placed on the bedside table. For me, Blackstone is no longer just a place to stay; it's a reassuring lifestyle. Thanks to every staff member who works tirelessly behind the scenes, especially the attentive front desk team. You make returning for another stay something to truly look forward to and remember. See you again soon. Oh, and next time, I definitely have to try the breakfast! I always oversleep! haha

I've stayed at Blackstone many times, and every visit has been a very pleasant one. The service is excellent! William was incredibly thoughtful; when I mentioned not feeling well, he immediately brought cold medicine and warm water. My friend was also very satisfied. The area around the hotel is great for photos, and all the hotel amenities are clean and hygienic. All in all, it was a very comfortable and heartwarming trip.

Wow, what a hidden gem of a hotel! A big thank you to Miss Sunny for the warm welcome and for picking us up and dropping us off in the rain. Lilian also gave us an umbrella when we left. A stroll down Wutong Street was also lovely. The environment here is top-notch!

A boutique hotel nestled in a Shanghai *lilong*. The deluxe king room was just the right size, and the bedding was super comfortable, I slept really well. The restaurant has a very elegant ambiance, and the breakfast was excellent; the *jiaotou mian* (noodles with topping), croissants, and fried eggs were all exquisitely prepared. Highly recommend!

The location is fantastic, and it offers great value for money. It was my birthday on the day I stayed, and they proactively upgraded my room. In the evening, during turndown service, they even surprised me with a cake and birthday decorations. The only minor downside is that the breakfast selection was a bit limited.

The air conditioning wasn't working well, so I couldn't sleep at all. It was so hot in the middle of the night that I ended up checking out. 😭

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights on the 11 and 12th and the concierge were very gracious and helpful with my check-in / room selection and assistance with downloading a better map App for navigating the city and advising on taxis. I would like to thank them again for helping them again for assisting me during my stay and for their kindness and the hotel's generosity in offering me the ticket on the Sunday night to see the Imani Winds perform - they were excellent and it was much appreciated. The facilities are excellent - the decor is lovely and very comfortable and chic - well designed with excellent amenities in the room. The breakfast was good - the noodles were very good. The location is excellent for walking to various sites and the metro / taxi The room was excellent - great spacial arrangement with very cool vibe and amenities, great decor.

I had seen some negative reviews online before coming, but I experienced none of those issues during my stay. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and attentive in every way. The room was clean and tidy, and although the daily breakfast didn't have a huge variety, the taste was perfectly fine.

Grace, Lilian, and Nancy were all very welcoming and patient. Any request I had, I just told the front desk and they'd arrange it for me. They even kindly upgraded my room. The whole hotel made me feel very comfortable and cozy; I'll definitely stay here again.

The decor style is really tasteful, offering a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle. Although the room is small, it's incredibly clean and gives you that relaxing 'home away from home' feeling. The hotel restaurant has a wonderful ambiance, and the service, both in the rooms and the restaurant, is extremely professional. Definitely worth another visit!
