Staff able to speak english well. The room was clean and bed was comfortable

The hotel was basic but very clean. Excellent location and good local vibes. The staff members were very friendly and most helpful. I chose this hotel over other higher end and larger hotels with more stars because the reviews on those other hotels mentioned old features and jot as clean. I'm glad to have chosen Ibis as it was very comfortable to stay and much more reasonable pricing. I'd choose to stay here again.

Helpful staff. Decent location, some nearby restaurants. Walkable to metro.

We stay 4 night at this hotel , the cleanness not really good , they not clean the floor , Drinking water for second day we need to ask them not automatic refil , location quiet far from MRT station

overall, it was a great experience. The hotel is good location, which is very convenient for [sightseeing/shopping/business]. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including [Wi-Fi, air conditioning, minibar, etc.]. The bed was comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was also spotless and stocked with quality toiletries. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s [restaurant/breakfast buffet]. The food was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff was attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The facilities were also impressive. Easy access to Jiao Tong University ,Restaurants surrounding and Lawson ,clean and IBIS style 

The staff are so nice, friendly, fast and helpful. The location is good too, near convenient stores and restaurants. Super worth

The room’s sound proof system is terrible. Literally, I can hear anyone talking outside the room on the corridor at 6-7am in the morning everyday (for 4 days).

Room was clean, every essential amenities were provided. Service was excellent, all the hotel staff were very nice to us. Location is good, there are many shops and restaurants near here.

It’s very clean and safe

Location is near Shanghai Jiatong University. Outside the hotel is street with small shops, restaurants, coffee shops, fruit shops, convenient store, starbuck, prims banquet, local snack. The room size is adequate it is, clean, compact and all staff is nice. There is laundry and dryer mesin free to use. But distance to metro stations it is a bit far for people who like to walk, it is about 600m.
