The hotel was in a very convenient location - walking distance to the bund and to Yuan garden. Front desk is also 24 hours which is a big plus. Room is very spacious, especially the bathroom!

The staff were really friendly and accommodating even with late check in. The staff also were able to speak English and explained alot of stuff. There were also cool refreshing drinks at the reception after hot day. Bottle water was provided free of charge at reception which was amazing. They also have luggage hold services which means could also make most of the day after checking out. Highly recommend and would return when possible. A++

A hotel I didn't want to leave even after three nights! It's so convenient for dining, entertainment, and getting around; everything is within walking distance! The hotel is very clean and offers a great experience. I'll definitely choose to stay at this wonderful hotel again.

An unexpectedly great stay! The room was clean, hygienic, and not at all damp. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, completely contrary to some of the negative reviews I'd read. There's some renovation work happening nearby (see pic 4), which I was warned about when booking, but even as a light sleeper, I wasn't bothered by it at all. The location is excellent, with lots of international guests, making it a perfect choice for business travelers!

A good location, friendly staff. Walking distance from river bank. Breakfast was ok. I got a small welcome gift, it was so nice. Room wasn't bit but enough for me, everything was clean and fresh. And No cigarettes smoke smell that was very important for me.

The hotel room wasn't particularly large, but it was well-equipped despite its size. The bathroom was very clean and bright, and the air conditioning worked well with no strange odors. The twin room was just right for a family of three. The front desk even gave us a free breakfast voucher. Although the breakfast selection wasn't huge, everything tasted really good! ≽^⚈⩊⚈^≼

We had a nice stay at the hotel. The location is great with walking or transportation options very close. The staff were exceptional and very helpful with different things . The breakfast was good . The elevators came very quickly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room did have some cosmetic issues but it didn’t bother me.
