The hotel room wasn't particularly large, but it was well-equipped despite its size. The bathroom was very clean and bright, and the air conditioning worked well with no strange odors. We had a nice stay at the hotel. The location is great with walking or transportation options very close. The staff were exceptional and very helpful with different things . The breakfast was good . The elevators came very quickly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room did have some cosmetic issues but it didn’t bother me.

Service was amazing.. even at 1am when we checked in the service team was very patient and helpful. The buffet breakfast is amazing too. Also walking distance to pretty much everything:)

Location is perfect. Bed was comfy. There is a self service however there’s fees incurred. Food was lovely. The building was quite old but overall the location was near to everything including tourists attractions.

Nice place to stay. Rooms are clean and the space is quite big. It's 12 min walking far from the metro station (at least from line 2 that is the one that we used during our stay). They "push" you a little bit to leave a review at the end. Still, the experience was nice.

room is very clean. Love that. AC was not working so I was changed to another room. Had a very good night sleep. Memory foam pillow was awesome! Staff were all friendly and people oriented. Big plus. Walking distance to Shanghai bookstore and The Bund.

Actually very near to Yu Yuan Metro Station Exit 4, Hotel shld have indicate this.we exit from wrong exit, take Didi approx 5-10 min. overall room is quite big. 15 min walk to Nanjing Road and the bund.
