Counter staff were extremely helpful! We had some difficulties identifying our packages and the staff were both patient and helpful to help us solve the issues.
Hotel is conveniently located with plenty of F&B outlets nearby and a convenience store just next to the hotel, and 2 more down the road.

Lovely cute hotel room. We liked the well designed layout and clean room. Great front desk service too. The location is super convenient near metro station and peoples park, with lots of eateries right outside the hotel. Walking distance to the nanjing pedestrian street and the Bund. Highly recommended.

Extremely kind people working at the reception. They allowed me an early check in that literally saved my day as I arrived from Istanbul. The hotel is super well located in a busy street with lots of local restaurants. The metro is close by as many attractions. The room was small but functional and had everything needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room clean, modernly furnished and quiet. I think this is one of the best hires I have ever stayed. Totally recommended and I would gladly stay again.

We love the location of our hotel. There are a lot of restaurants near by and a convenient store besides it. Its near nanjing so its easy for us to go home after shopping. The room is spacious and the lady who cleans our room every day is very friendly.
The price is very reasonable. I will stay in this hotel again when we come back to shanghai.

Our group had a great stay at Tianhua Hotel for a few days trip. The staff were wonderful and the location is great.

The location is great, just a short walk to two metro lines and surrounded by many restaurants. The room was okay for the price, clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. Overall, a good choice for travelers looking for an affordable place in a convenient area.

The location is very convenient, it is less than 10 mins walk from the metro and there are many eateries around the hotel. The service was meh, receptionist is not very friendly. The room is small, the toilet area is super super small, the bathing area is extremely small even for a small size lady. The air con valve is very very very noisy, it blows out the air then it makes a loud sound when the valve is closed every 10 - 20 mins. The bed is not so comfortable as well.
