It was great to stay here, close to everything specially Metro station, cleaning service was great, room size is bigger than expected. Happy to return to stay in this hotel. The breakfast have a plenty of options.

One of d best hotel when i travel at china Very delicious breakfast, we love the eggtarts very much, so crispy outside and melted inside Hahahaa.. My friend encountered several issues during his stay at the hotel that significantly impacted his business activities in Shanghai. The lack of English-speaking staff presented a considerable communication barrier. Additionally, he experienced inconsistent pricing for room extensions, with discrepancies between the rates quoted by reception and those listed online. The overall service inefficiencies led to disruptions, including a missed flight, which negatively affected my business engagements."

The room was neat and clean. Everything was proper. Breakfast was excellent with good amount of variety. Very close to Metro station.

It is quite near to the subway station, park and malls. Plenty of restaurant around. The breakfast is ok.

I am really disappointed with this hotel. Because we showed the receptionist our flight schedule in the morning and she ordered a taxi for us, and they dropped us off at the high-speed train station, so we boarded the plane as it was taking off. the cleaning was very poor.

The Hotel room overall is okay, stayed in non smoking room, but smells previously someone who stay in our room was smoking, there's some stain which caused by cigarettes burning. The staff is so so, not too friendly but quick respond. I stayed here for the 2nd time, but this hotel very near to MRT station (only 150 meters), and across the hotel many many choices of food and convenient stores....

A decent hotel in a good location, convenient for the underground and an abundance of eating options nearby. Century Park is within walking distance and we spent a very pleasant morning strolling around, enjoying the tranquility. Shanghai is undoubtedly quieter during the summer months when locals escape the heat. Cleanliness and staff all up to scatch at this establishment and it represents value for money, although the breakfast is a little disappointing.

The hotel was clean and close to the metro station, They don't speak English but we used phones to translate. They are willing to help on everything. Very happy with the service. We will go again if we visit Shanghai again!

Value for money, but facilities are on old side. No noise during our stay though. Not generous with toilet paper.
