ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT STAY HERE
I highly recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs. The photos posted online are a complete lie and have absolutely nothing to do with the reality of this place. The entire property is in terrible condition, filthy, and smells awful.
When I arrived, they initially gave me the wrong room type, which was much smaller and incredibly dirty. When I pointed this out, the receptionist repeatedly lied to my face, insisting it was the correct room and claiming she could not change it. It was only after I explicitly told her I would contact my booking agency that she completely lost her temper, started shouting at me in anger, and finally agreed to switch me to the room I actually booked.
However, the "correct" room was just as pathetic. It looked absolutely nothing like the online pictures. It was small, disgusting, and completely unlivable. There was green mold all over the walls from extreme humidity, spiderwebs and spiders everywhere, bugs crawling around, and a suffocating smell of stale, trapped air.
Because of these health hazards, I requested a refund right there at the reception. After arguing for a while, the lady finally confirmed and approved the refund. Now, completely turning on their word, they keep declining it through the chat support channel.
This place is an absolute scam. The staff is aggressive and dishonest, the rooms are a health hazard, and the photos lie completely. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and your health.
