As expected from a Marriott hotel, the lobby is spacious and bright with a lovely fragrance. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming. The room was clean and tidy. In the evening, I ordered takeout and the hotel's robot delivered it directly to my room, which was incredibly convenient.

Traveling to Shanghai with my kids, I stayed at this hotel and was really impressed. The room was very clean, the facilities were complete, and the overall environment was great.
