The room was great, and I'll definitely keep coming back. The room facilities and shower setup were excellent. The lady at the front desk was very nice, and the gentleman who drove me to the airport in the morning also had a great attitude.

The hotel offers an airport shuttle service. I just called the front desk, and a car arrived for me in about 10 minutes. For departures, there's a shuttle bus approximately every hour in the morning. No need to worry about availability, as the bus can accommodate around 40-50 people. Also, the staff kindly upgraded my room for free. I'm incredibly grateful!

Booked this hotel for a layover. The airport shuttle service was really convenient and punctual, which was great. They also offered breakfast, and you could even make your own wontons and noodles!

They have an airport pickup service, and the front desk staff were very friendly. The phone line was clear, the room was spacious, and the price was excellent. There was hot water available, and you could order takeout. Plus, there's a convenience store downstairs, which was really handy.

This is my top choice when I have an early morning flight. It's a big hotel, but the facilities are excellent and the price is reasonable. The airport shuttle bus was on time, and the service was really good. Highly recommended!

The hotel should inform or update time table of shuttle bus and pick-up point (meeting point) for transferring from airport to hotel. My flight arrived to Pudong airport at 1.30 a.m. and I left out of immigration at 3.30 a.m. I didn't know where to get to the shuttle bus. Then, I called to the hotel, but staff can not speak English, communication was in trouble. Fortunately, staff of Shanghai tourist information counter at the airport help me to call and find pick-up point of hotel's shuttle bus. Then, I knew that the shuttle bus will pick-up at departer floor at gate No. 29, first shuttle bus will pick-up at 4.30 a.m. When the shuttle bus arrived on time, fortunately, I guessed that this one maybe hotel shuttle bus (there is no sign of hotel name). I showed my booking to driver and that was right. Therefore, please give detail of time table of shuttle bus for airport-hotel pick up and meeting point in booking page. Feeling of unknow is not ok.
