Very big place. So spacious and comfortable. Bit hard to find at 1st time but overall good

Cleanliness is OK. Mattress is quite hard can feel the spring. Pillow needs to be washed. As there is a scent. But overall bed size is very good. Toilet is good too. Water pressure is low if using showers in both toilets at the same time. Water heater is working well. Washing machine is working well too. Kitchen has rice cooker and kettle that is working very well. Just need spoons. Space of the apartment is perfect for 8 pax.  Location is 10 mins walk to line2 and 5 mins walk to line 13.  There is a muslim (qingzhen) noodle store nearby too!

Room have smell of stale cigarette from previous occupant. Host quickly couriered in deodorant. Wet towel left to dry in master bedroom caused musky smell. Towel were sufficient, host couriered in disposable towel for temp use until rest of towel dries. Guest room with toilet have broken floorboard. Unit booked shows apt 11A/B, however room allocated was 10C. Quite disappointed on this booking. 2-Star rating at best

The owner was very responsive and helpful with our messages. The unit is located in a mixed use building, which we have no problem with. Very accessible. Located very near to Jing'an Sculpture Park which is very beautiful in spring time. They had tulips and cherry blossoms in the park (March 2026). The apartment is clean but not the tidiest. There were linens hung (from laundry of the previous tenants?) and it just felt quite full. We had to tidy them up ourselves hehe. Hot water for shower running well but the drainage was dirty that the shower area became a pool. We also had to clean up cos otherwise too yucky to shower in "a pool". The set up for the cold water tap in the kitchen made it quite hard to use. Maybe it could be fixed for better experience. The bed in one of the rooms needs a (thick) topper because you could feel the springs. But the other 2 rooms' beds were fine. Overall a good place to stay. Had AC in each room including living, a microwave, utensils, and fridge. They don't provide water but there's a complete convenience store under the building. The owner is quite friendly. There's also a nice shao kao seller at night time. We bought from him each night 😄
