The hotel room was very nice and bed was the best plus next to ramen and Starbucks 30 second walk and a shopping plaza too

The place is 10 minutes ride from National Convention Center (and the subway station there) and 20 minutes away from Hongqiao Airport. The ancient town of Zhujiajiao is probably 30/40 km from the hotel, and you can go there by subway as well. There is refurbishing works at the hotel front door causing noise in the early morning (7 a. m.) and inconvenience in getting on the taxi. There is also works next door on our floor which also incurring noise in the morning. The hotel is otherwise decent and clean.

In a plaza with many different food choices - mostly local cuisines. Upon check in, there was at least 1 person that spoke English upon check in. Breakfast buffet in restaurant on 3rd floor. Ok offerings. Dancing grannies across the road blasting their music. Could hear it very plainly through my room windows (facing the street) about 8:00pm. Convenience store about a 2 minute walk away to get various snack items/drinks.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and quiet. The staff members were extremely friendly and accommodating.

Its not upto the name "hilton".pricy and inconvenient. Need big improvement in guest service.surprisingly no one to assist carrying luggage to the room .breakfast is good.

Close to Shanghai National exhibition center which can take at least 10 minutes by taxi in peak traffic time and also close to subway station around by 1km walking distance. Friendly and good staff and well maintained hotel but the breakfast is not so good.

It's a little bit further from MRT/CSR station than i expected. but would highly recommend this hotel. the cleanliness, comfort, and stay is off the chart. i didn't expect to have automatic toilet elsewhere except japan but this hotel provides it. the gym and laundry is clean and ready to use too. great experience during my stay.

The front desk staff quite friendly. The fitness center is roomy with good equipment. The room is clean and nice. Love the push button shower.
