This is my go-to hotel, and the facilities are actually quite good. However, since the new Hilton opened next door, this garden hotel feels a bit less impressive, but the price point is a factor. The service is excellent; whether it's the front desk, the restaurant, or housekeeping, everyone is great. The hygiene is very good. The male manager at the front desk, who wore glasses and was slightly overweight, had a constantly stern expression.
