Very clean hotel located in a quiet area. Second time staying there and still looks good. The staff there are very enthusiastic about their work and always there to help. Check in was smooth and the breakfast was pretty decent, included a few western options . Looking forward to staying there again

Our stay at the Kew Green was excellent. The room was large and well-priced. The room was clean and well-supplied with amenities. The front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is good, but there is nothing around the hotel for food and entertainment. We enjoyed the location because it was quiet and only about a 1km walk to the subway and Didi's was always close by. The hotel is only about 5 minutes from Hongqaio Airport. The free laundry usage was a wonderful bonus, especially since we stayed a week. The gym is functional for exercising. The breakfast is good. The only minor complaint about breakfast is that sometimes they would run out of items later in the morning and not refill them. In summary, we would stay at the Kew Green without hesitation when we return to Shanghai.

At first we were a bit skeptical about this hotel but it is really amazing. It doesn’t occupy so many residents and its still very new. So neat and very very clean. It was really worth it. The breakfast was really great with so many choices. We planned to stay there for 1 night and go to another hotel we had booked near the Bund but later on we regretted not staying here for more days. The only issue is the location especially for someone who really wants to explore more around shanghai top scenic spots. But if you don’t mind using the subway for about 1 hour to the bund then its a good choice. Above all its a clean and neat hotel and still very fresh… l highly recommend it.

The hotel is close to Hongqiao airport and railway station, which was very convenient. The metro station is about a 15-20 minute walk. The hotel is new and the interior is quite nice. The check in was fairly easy and the staff speak English. The room is spacious and clean. Everything is new. The bathroom shower was great and the hotel provided toiletries. The air condition also kept the room very cool so it was a pleasant stay. I recommend this hotel. It was a good experience.

I stayed at the hotel during the exhibition last year, and I stayed again this year and was very satisfied. The front desk lady was very friendly, especially Xiao Chen, who was warm, patient and considerate. The room was decorated in a warm log style, very clean, fresh and spacious. The robot that impressed me last year is still working tirelessly to deliver meals. The hotel is only 1.7 kilometers away from the exhibition center on foot, and it is also close to the subway. It is only three or four kilometers away from Hongqiao Airport or the railway station by taxi. It is a very good choice to stay here when attending the exhibition. I have recommended it to my friends.
